Deciding to Sell

So you have decided to sell your property!   You may be relocating for a new job, or perhaps you want to find a larger home – or move out of state or scale down.  Maybe you find that the time has come to simply make a change.  Before making this decision, you have no doubt set some goals – and it is now time to talk with your Realtor.
