After ascertaining your price range and needs, we can give you direct access through the Multiple Listing Service to details on currently available properties and arrange for new listing data and price change notifications to be immediately emailed to you – so that you are able to stay in tune with the real estate market while looking for the right home.

We will maintain frequent contact with you through the home buying process and will make ourselves available at your convenience to show you homes meeting your parameters.  We will return your calls promptly.

We will also be available to answer your questions and be your local resource for real estate information, and once you decide on a home we will prepare your offer for you and help you through all the paperwork, explaining the purchase process.  We will support you through the transaction to closing.  (See “Buying a Home in Southern California” provided for you in this website.)
