It helps to have an expert in your corner when undertaking such a large purchase.  We can guide you through this process and also provide you with access to property listings as soon as they are submitted to the Multiple Listing Service, before most buyers are aware of them.

As full-time real estate professionals in San Diego County since 1978, we are very familiar with most of San Diego’s diverse communities and are well qualified to offer our insight on the values and amenities offered by each one.

Unlike many other successful husband and wife teams, we do not refer you to an assistant, but work closely with you ourselves and strive to be available for you whenever you need us.  We believe in providing personal service.  We are available most weekends and evenings as well as during normal working hours.
